His work earned him top awards in the Parade of Homes and leadership roles in the Utah Home Builders Association, but it was the handshakes, late-night phone calls, and front-porch conversations that truly defined his success.

In 2023, Robert officially stepped into retirement, passing the leadership of the company to his son, Derek Bulloch. With degrees in Spanish and Finance from Southern Utah University, Derek brings a balance of empathy and efficiency to his role. Bulloch Construction to simply Bulco.
